Efficient Heating & Cooling Program Guide
This Guide is intended to explain the goals and objectives of the Efficient Heating and Cooling Program and set forth the participant, equipment and services eligibility requirements to participate in the Program; including marketing requirements, and the availability of customer and contractor rewards for certain equipment or services for Program Year 2007-2008.

Participating Utilities
This list contains a list of utilities a consumer must be a customer of to receive business incentives through the Efficient Heating & Cooling Program.
     Business Utilities

Eligible Equipment
The equipment must meet the high efficiency standards set forth in the respective sections, must be installed prior to the application for the reward and must be new equipment. All Cash-Back Rewards are payable directly to the customer unless expressly noted otherwise.
     Pre-qualified Equipment

Equipment Qualification
If a model you plan to sell is not on the pre-qualified list, you should complete an Equipment Qualification Form and fax to: Efficient Heating & Cooling Program (fax: 608.249.0339) to have the model pre-qualified. This will avoid promising a customer a reward for equipment which may not be eligible to receive a reward.
