Cluster Purpose
Pulp and Paper is Wisconsin's largest manufacturing sector. The sector is extremely energy intensive and offers significant opportunities for energy savings, particularly as energy costs rise. Focus on Energy helps the industry meet this challenge by:
  • Finding and promoting new best practices by developing practical and constructive information and tools for process energy management.
  • Connecting with leaders and customers to understand and serve Pulp & Paper businesses through industry associations, customer leaders and industry allies.
Pulp and Paper Best Practices Guidebook
This recently published guidebook provides resources and methods to drive down energy use and energy-related costs in pulp and paper mills. Use this guidebook to :
