Join Focus on Energy at SE2!
Join us at the Sustainability Energy Efficiency Leadership Conference (SE2) on September 16, 2009 at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee. SE2 is Wisconsin’s premier green building event hosted by the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance and sponsored in part by Focus on Energy.
The conference offers a variety of networking and learning opportunities, featuring a kick-off reception, keynote speaker Doug Gatlin, vice president of market development at the U.S. Green Building Council, panel discussions and breakout sessions. There will be a networking luncheon as well as an awards ceremony with the presentation of the Focus on Energy Awards of Excellence.
The 2009 SE2 Conference will focus on greening existing buildings and will include presentations on:
- Techniques for retrofitting existing buildings with a focus on LEED-EBOM
- Greening schools, universities, commercial and public buildings
- Stimulus update and funding strategies
- Case studies of prominent national and Wisconsin projects
- Regional sustainability issues
