To take advantage of this, you must deduct the incentive amount from the customer’s bill and clearly note “Focus on Energy incentive” on the customer’s invoice, with the amount of the deducted incentive shown. (We are sorry, payments cannot be made to the market provider if the installation or service was provided at a We Energies customer location.)
