New Construction Incentives

Please check the application dates as some incentives are valid only from October 1, 2011. Other incentives are offered from July 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012.

Please download the application, complete, and submit by email, fax or mail to the address listed on the bottom of the application. Please keep one copy for your records.

Incentives for new construction projects are now integrated into each individual application based on the type of technology being implemented. Any new construction projects with an expected aggregate incentive exceeding $25,000 must receive written approval BEFORE project initiation or equipment purchase. To request pre-approval, submit a completed application (cover page and technology-specific pages) for at least one technology. With that, also include completed technology-specific application pages and product data for the subsequent technologies. Be sure to note on the application that you are requesting pre-approval only.

Is your building solar-electric ready?

Even if you can't install a system as part of initial construction, make sure its solar-electric ready to reduce future installation costs and ensure there is a suitable roof area for a system. Incorporating a few simple ideas early in the design process can be a smart and affordable way to help sell or lease a building later on.
