Lighting Incentives

Please check the application dates as some incentives are only valid from October 1, 2011. Other incentives are offered from July 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012.

Please download the application, complete, and submit by email, fax or mail to the address listed on the bottom of the application. Please keep one copy for your records.

Qualifying equipment for:

LED Recessed Downlights

• ENERGY STAR SSL Commercial Qualified Products List
  (Not all products that appear on this list will qualify for a Focus incentive. Only recessed downlights 18 watts or less that are listed for commercial use will qualify for a prescriptive incentive. Other luminaires on this list for commercial use are eligible for custom incentives with written pre-approval.)
• Qualified LED Dock Lights

Linear Fluorescent Replacement or Retrofit

• High Performance T8 Systems (HPT8) (lamps and low or normal ballast factor ballasts)
• Reduced Wattage T8 Systems (RWT8) (lamps and low or normal ballast factor ballasts)
• 8’T12 replaced with HPT8 or RWT8
  Eligible for incentives on Normal or High ballast factor ballasts from either the HPT8 or RWT8 qualified product lists above paired with qualified HPT8 or RWT8 lamps from either list.
  
  
• Linear Fluorescent - High Efficiency Low Glare Fixtures
  (Replace 2x4 recessed troffer fixture containing 3 or 4 F32T8 or F40T12 lamps with a new high efficiency/low glare 2x4 recessed fixture. See list for details.)

Qualified LED Products (Custom)
Eligibility is limited to products that appear on one of the following qualified product lists (QPLs):

• ENERGY STAR qualified LED light bulbs
• ENERGY STAR qualified commercial LED lighting
• Design lights consortium solid state lighting QPL
• Department of Energy 2010 Lighting For Tomorrow winners
• Department of Energy 2010 or Next Generation Luminaire winners
