The State Energy-Efficient Appliance Rebate Program (SEEARP) offers rewards on high efficiency appliances, water heaters and heating and cooling equipment. The program is meant to encourage the replacement and proper recycling of old units with new high efficiency units. Depending on the type of appliance you are purchasing, you may be eligible for both Focus on Energy and SEEARP rewards if you meet both programs' requirements.
