Bulbs
By changing the five most frequently used light bulbs in your home to ENERGY STAR qualified ones you can
save about $35 each year in energy costs.
Dates: July 1, 2007 - December 18, 2008
Reward Amount: $2 per bulb
Reward valid on ENERGY STAR qualified bulbs in single or two-packs only. Limit 12 bulbs per customer.

To receive your Cash-Back Reward:
1. Purchase up to 12 ENERGY STAR qualified bulbs of your choice.
2. Cut out the UPC code and ENERGY STAR logo from each bulb box and attach it to the completed form, along
with a copy of the cash register receipt with the purchase price(s) circled.
Torchieres, Fixtures and Ceiling Fans
Using just two ceiling-mounted fixtures and one ENERGY STAR torchiere in high-use areas can save you about
$50 per year on your electric bill.
Dates: July 1, 2007 - December 18, 2008
Reward valid on ENERGY STAR qualified fixtures, torchieres and/or ceiling fans with qualified light fixtures.
