Community Partnerships

One of Focus on Energy's most rewarding functions is to help community groups and organizations bring their energy saving ideas to life. Following are ways we can help you promote energy efficiency within your community.

Information displays
Offer your patrons a valuable resource for energy ideas and information--with Focus on Energy tabletop displays.

Ideal for placement in libraries and nature centers, each display includes:
  • A tri-fold brochure introducing the Focus on Energy program
  • A Focus on Energy tip sheet packed with energy saving ideas for the home
By offering this information in a prominent location, you'll help build awareness of energy issues and educate your patrons on the financial and environmental benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Booths and presentations
Would your church group, scout troop, service club, or sustainability group like to learn more about--or teach others about--energy efficiency? Focus can help by sending a representative to staff a booth or deliver a presentation at your fair or other public event.

Community CFL sales
Here's a bright idea: Hold a CFL sale for your community. Focus can find a local retailer to sponsor your event, selling the bulbs and offering Focus incentives.

General support
