Participating in the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR^® Homes Program is simply good business. Builder partners enjoy a competitive advantage in the marketplace--not just because of the homes they build, but because of the service they provide their customers.

Every consultant partnering with the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR Homes Program is required to sign a Code of Ethics:
     Building Performance Consultant Code of Ethics

Participating consultants are also asked to sign this Customer Service Pledge, or create their own:
     Customer Service Pledge

In addition, all consultants are required to disclose any financial interest or product/service affiliations with their clients on the homes in which they provide certification services.
