Are you a market provider?
If you are filling out an application on behalf of a customer and have already credited the incentive amount to them on the invoice, you can have the Focus on Energy incentive come directly to you. Here are samples where the Focus on Energy incentive can go directly to the contractor who provided to products and service*:

Why complete invoices are so important to Focus?
Incomplete invoices require time consuming follow-up to clarify or obtain missing information. The correct information is needed to ensure energy efficiency dollars are distributed to businesses in Wisconsin for legitimate energy savings projects. Focus on Energy requires proof of purchase to document that a project has moved from the planning stage to installation. Accurate and complete information on an invoice helps reduce errors in determining incentive eligibility.
