Assistance Programs


Several programs exist to help income-eligible Wisconsin residents reduce home heating bills and conserve energy. You must be income-eligible for these programs in order to participate. Please consult each program's eligibility requirements to determine if you are eligible for the services offered.

Weatherization Program
The Weatherization program is sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Administration. This program offers assistance in preparing your home for the Wisconsin climate by increasing insulation levels and appliance efficiency. Energy Assistance Program
The Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) is sponsored by the Wisconsin Department of Administration. WHEAP offers heating and electric bill payment assistance along with some crisis services to qualified households.
