Energy Independent Communities
Focus on Energy can help your community be more energy independent
As part of his Energy Independent Communities initiative, Governor Jim Doyle has joined several community leaders and members from around the state to launch a statewide effort to help communities reduce their energy use and increase their use of renewable fuels. Focus on Energy would like to help you get started.
Below is a package of documents and resources that community leaders can use as they take the first steps to being an energy independent community. Together we can ensure a brighter, cleaner, more secure energy future for all.
